Do you need something to kick up those boring vegetables? I love to use herbs in my veggies. Basil, oregano, & thyme make those vegetables just wake up!

- Cutting Mat
- 5″ Santoku Knife
- Vegetable Peeler
- Garlic Press
- Nonstick Skillet
Ingredients:
- 2 Yellow Squash
- 2 Small Zucchini
- 1/4 Green Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/4 White Onion
- 1/4 Purple Onion
- 1 TBSP Oregano
- 1/2 TBSP Thyme
- 3 Garlic cloves
- Basil & Salt or Sweet Basil Salt
- Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Peel Zucchini and Squash
- Cut on Medium Dice and quarter the larger pieces
- Julienne the Peppers and Onions
- Ring the skillet with Avocado or Olive Oil
- Season all of the vegetables with Herbs and Salt
- Saute for 10 – 15 minutes on Medium Heat until the onions are translucent.
