Working in the garden this week brought a gorgeous harvest of Sweet Basil. Basil has become one of my very favorite herbs to add into recipes. It is so fragrant and pretty. This recipe is simple, and the result is delicious on beef, chicken, or pork!
Line a half sheet pan with Foil. Layer Equal weights (use a scale) of fresh basil leaves and Pink Himalayan Salt.
Bake at 225 deg for 30 min.
Pulse the dried product in a blender or food processor until fine.
You can package the product up for gifts as well🎁😊🎁
