My Intermittent Fasting Challenge

I have a goal. I want to get to the 60 lb lost mark. It is hard, but I really want to reach the goal for Christmas. It’s my gift to myself. So, after some research, I decided to try Intermittent Fasting. Baby steps: I’m starting with the 12 hour fast. This means I have a 12 hour window to eat, and I have a 12 hour window to drink black coffee, tea, or water. I chose my window 9:00 am – 9:00 pm. One of the websites I found has a clock on an app that reminds me to Not Eat….

So, friends, let’s talk about how we execute this little challenge, including a weekend a the camp where I want to have fun, cook, and play. This table shows my meal plan for the weekend:
