2020 has that crazy way of sneaking up on us even still at the end of it. My daughter is not feeling so hot, so she asked for Cocoa. I am all out of Swiss Miss packages, but I do have holiday cookie supplies….
Tools:
- Whisk
- Small Saucepan
- Mini Measure-All Cup
- Measuring Spoons
- Large Mug
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Whole Milk
- 2 TBSP Hershey Cocoa Powder
- 2 TBSP Granulated Sugar
- 10 Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Melts
- Dash of Cinnamon
Instructions:
Add milk to saucepan; whisk in cocoa, sugar, and cinnamon. Heat on medium heat until just starting to simmer. Do not boil. Whisk in the candy melts. Serve with marshmallows (optional). This can also be done in a microwave on high for 1 min, 30 sec. Stirring halfway through.
Look out, this cup is 323 calories…… #eatlessmovemoreprayalot. Skip the other treats that night if you want a sip.
